I heard your cries this evening

You thought nobody heard

You thought nobody saw you

You uttered not a word.

And yet your tears kept falling

Into that bitter sea

But what you failed to realize

Your tears flowed back to Me.

I keep them in a bottle

They're precious to me, you see

For every tear that fell today

Was an offering unto Me.

I will replace your anguish

Your awful pain with glee

Just turn your sorrow upward

And place your thoughts on Me.

Your grief, your tears, your sorrow

And yes, today your pain

All of these that came your way

I long ago ordained.

They are very precious tools to Me

In the hollow of my hand

I know the plans I have for you

I alone, no other man.

So yes, I heard your cries today

And you didn't think I knew

But today as you focus on your pain

I focused only on you.

But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

Psalm 3:3
